Schofield Ford Covered Bridge in 1/87 Scale
| This model was built as a publicity and fundraising tool to aid in the reconstruction of this historic bridge. The Schofield Ford Covered bridge had spanned the Neshaminy creek, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for some 120 years, when it was destroyed by an arson fire. Local community leaders organized a committee for the purpose of rebuilding the bridge as it was. I volunteered to build a model of the bridge to help with that effort. The model is built in 1/87 scale. |
