CH-01 - Medium Duty Frame Kit (customize your options)

This is a 10” deep frame rail for medium duty applications like truck tractors, municipal dumps, flatbeds, and delivery trucks. This frame is 3.870” long (336.7" in 1:1 scale). Use this frame kit to create the chassis combination that you need for your specific project. There are an infinite variety of frame combinations for trucks, so to make it simple for you to get the frame setup that you need for your project, choose the parts that you need from the “Available Options” to the right of this page to order exactly what you need for your custom project. Each of the available options may be viewed in detail with a close-up photo at the bottom of this page under the "Related Items" section.

Available options include various wheel/tire combinations,  fuel tank options, drive axles, various front bumper styles, engine bottoms, battery boxes and exhaust stacks.. You don’t have to select all or even any of these options but they’re available for you to personalize the chassis for your truck model. We recommend selecting one item from each of the available options categories to build a robust and detailed truck chassis!

You will need to cut the frame to the length that you need, position the axles where you need them, mount the fuel tanks and battery boxes, the bumper, the engine bottom, and add an exhaust stack if needed. This will require some advanced modeling ability but is not too difficult to acheive with a little time and patience.
